Purpose
e-Nigrani (CDIS) is used by authorised Government users for managing development works, fund allocation, approvals, verification, and reporting. Information is collected and processed only for official platform operations, monitoring, audit, and security.
Information Processed
- User account, role, district, constituency, and department details.
- Work recommendations, estimates, approvals, fund releases, and progress records.
- Login, session, IP address, browser, audit trail, and security logs.
- Documents and uploaded files required for official work processing.
Access Controls
- Access is role-based and limited to authorised officials.
- Jurisdiction controls restrict MLA, DDC, agency, and finance views.
- Important actions are logged for audit and accountability.
- Unauthorised sharing of credentials or OTP is strictly prohibited.
Retention & Security
Records are retained as required for official administration, audit, reporting, and statutory compliance. CDIS uses access control, session controls, captcha, audit logs, and backups to protect system integrity.
