Legal Applicability

Use of CDIS is subject to applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, relevant cyber security rules, Government instructions, service conduct rules, and departmental directions. This page is an operational security notice for users and does not replace official legal advice or Government notifications.

Unauthorised Access

Unauthorised access, attempted intrusion, data tampering, identity misuse, or interference with system operations may attract disciplinary and legal action under applicable law.

Audit & Evidence

CDIS records login details, IP address, user agent, action trails, changes, and other system events. These records may be used for audit, security review, and incident response.

Data Integrity

Users must ensure that uploaded records, estimates, approvals, fund information, and verification details are accurate and authorised. False or manipulated entries may be reviewed through official channels.

Incident Reporting

Report suspected phishing, account compromise, wrong access, data leakage, or application errors to cdis@dcsgr.in or through the Technical Helpdesk.

  • Government Conduct Rules: Unauthorised disclosure of official data is a service misconduct.
